About Me

Brent Beckley prides himself as a leader. Beckley served as a volunteer coach for the Young Men's Christian Association’s (YMCA) Youth Soccer program. Brent D. Beckley spent one year as a volunteer coach—from 2001 to 2002—showing fifth-grade girls and second-grade boys how to reach their goals both on and off the soccer field. Brent took the time to communicate with the young athletes and their parents to make sure the students were having a positive experience.

Mr. Beckley learned quite a lot from various leadership workshops, in which he participated fully to gain the most of them. Part of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity YMCA Volunteer Live It! Leadership Program in Denver, CO, he had a great opportunity to learn as much as he could in order to further his goals. At the weeklong experience, Brent learned about how to help fraternity men as well as other undergrad students maintain a positive, successful, and memorable college career. At the leadership program, Brent worked on developing mission statements, goal-setting programs and strategic planning workshops using his newfound leadership skills with the students at University of Montana in Missoula, Montana.

Mr. Brent D. Beckley also had a presence at the 65th Annual International Leadership School that took place in Chicago, IL. Once again, Mr. Beckley worked on improving his communication skills, including advising and setting goals for personal growth.

Brent Beckley studied as a Financial Management student at the University of Montana. He received his B.S. in 2003, and during Brent Beckley’s collegiate experience, he was the proud recipient of many prominent scholarships: the D.J. Schultz Scholarship Award, the Kissler Scholarship Award, and the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity service and academics scholarship.

That same year, Mr. Brent Beckley was dubbed Man of the Year by his fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon. 

After he graduated from the University of Montana, Beckley moved to Costa Rica, where he was a cofounder of Absolute Poker and Director of Client Services & Risk Management for Absolute Entertainment, S.A., ultimately building the company from scratch to a global giant with six multinational offices, 700 employees and $250M in gross annual revenue. He played a pivotal role in the $130M acquisition of a leading competitor and was responsible for the smooth integration of operations, technology platforms, risk management and customer processes.

Brent also served as Director of Global Operation and E-Commerce for Blanca Games, where he headed multinational business operations for an online provider of casino games. He maximized efficiencies in transaction routing and payment processing for more than $1 billion in yearly sales volume. He designed and coordinated the development of the e-commerce platform that integrated more than 150 payment providers and optimized custom back-office functionality for more than eight million users. With a focus on customer satisfaction, Brent designed and implemented effective risk management tools and procedures to keep chargebacks, “friendly fraud” and transactional risk at a minimum, for more than 10 years.

At Beckley & Company, the consulting firm Brent founded in 2011, he leads an expert team that develops strategies to help corporate clients optimize the systems and processes that cultivate and grow customer relationships. Brent helps corporate executive teams identify areas of erosion of customer loyalty, quantify cost impact, and devise and implement system adjustments to reduce costs, grow revenue, and increase profits.

Brent’s expertise includes and e-commerce system optimization, management of new business development, product development, change management, software design, call-center management, process improvement, and peak sales performance.

Brent Beckley likes to cook, hunt, catch fish, go camping, read, and play golf.
